These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of all applications and services (“Apps”) provided by Abuky.com. By downloading, installing, or using our Apps, you (“you,” “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.

1. Use of the Apps

You agree to use our Apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information you provide to us.

You are solely responsible for any activity conducted through your device in relation to our Apps.

Some Apps offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. These are billed and managed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms of service; Abuky.com does not process or store your payment information.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, code, and other intellectual property in our Apps remain the exclusive property of Abuky.com or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of our Apps without prior written consent.

3. User-Provided Information

By submitting any data, feedback, or information through our Apps, you grant us the right to use that information for the purpose of providing services, improving our Apps, and contacting you if necessary.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to share such information.

4. Disclaimers

Our Apps are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abuky.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or system failures resulting from the use or inability to use our Apps.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with our Apps is to discontinue their use.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. In case of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of our Apps, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Apps after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
